ServerCreator ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

2.1 Account Information

  • Email address (required for registration)
  • Username (optional)
  • Password (stored securely - we never store plain-text passwords)

2.2 Server Information

  • Server names, ports, and configuration
  • Game type and version
  • Server status and activity data
  • Web panel address and sharing permissions

2.3 Device Information

  • Device identifier
  • Device name and operating system
  • Last activity timestamp

2.4 Tunnel Information

  • Tunnel identifiers and connection details
  • Public IP addresses assigned to tunnels
  • Region information

2.5 AI Assistant Information

  • Messages, prompts, tool results, logs, configuration snippets, and context you submit to the AI Assistant
  • AI chat history saved by the app so you can resume conversations
  • Token usage, quota, cost counters, rate-limit counters, and extra token purchase records
  • AI settings such as approval mode and whether you use your own provider key

2.6 Backup Information

  • Backup file names, sizes, timestamps, and restore/download status
  • Backup archives you choose to upload through cloud backup features
  • Automatic backup preferences such as schedule, retention count, and retention days
  • Backup storage usage, quota, and add-on purchase records

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service - To create and manage your account, servers, and tunnels.
  • Authentication - To verify your identity and secure access to your account.
  • Server Sharing - To facilitate shared access between users you authorize.
  • AI Assistant - To process your requests, return troubleshooting suggestions, maintain chat history, enforce quotas, and improve product reliability.
  • Cloud Backups - To store backups you choose to upload, provide restore and download links, enforce storage quotas, apply retention settings, and support recovery after cancellation.
  • Service Improvement - To monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve features.
  • Communication - To send important service notifications (e.g., account security).

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases.
  • Passwords are securely hashed - they cannot be reversed or read by anyone, including us.
  • Authentication sessions are protected using industry-standard cryptographic methods.
  • Live console traffic is handled directly by the owner's web panel over WebSocket and is not stored by the API relay.
  • AI chat history is stored so the app can load conversations, and usage counters are stored for quota, billing, and abuse prevention.
  • Backup archives are stored securely and are accessible only through authenticated account actions and temporary access links.
  • All communication between your devices and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Tunneling Service - When you use built-in tunneling, limited account information (email, plan status) is shared with the Portwarp tunneling provider to authenticate your connection.
  • AI Processing Providers - When you use the AI Assistant, your submitted AI content may be sent to an AI processing provider to generate a response. We do not show the provider name in the app and may change providers over time.
  • Cloud Storage Providers - When you use cloud backups, backup files may be stored with infrastructure providers that help us operate the backup service.
  • Payments - Stripe processes subscription, AI token pack, and backup storage add-on payments. We store purchase identifiers, plan status, and granted entitlements, not full card details.
  • Legal Requirements - If required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Server and tunnel data is deleted when you remove a server.
  • Legacy console relay tables may remain in the database for migration compatibility but are no longer used by the application.
  • AI chat history remains available until you delete it or your account is deleted. Aggregated AI usage and purchase records may be retained for billing, tax, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes.
  • Backup files are retained according to your backup policy, storage limits, and subscription status. If PRO access ends, backups may remain available for a limited recovery period and may be deleted after that period.
  • Temporary authentication tokens expire automatically.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access - View your personal data through the dashboard.
  • Update - Modify your username and password at any time.
  • Delete - Request account deletion by contacting support.
  • Manage backups - View, download, restore, or delete your backups while your plan allows access.
  • Revoke sharing - Remove shared access to your servers at any time.

8. Cookies

The ServerCreator dashboard uses session cookies to maintain your login state. We also store your theme preference (light/dark) locally on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
