1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ServerCreator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ServerCreator is a platform that enables users to create, manage, back up, restore, and share game servers hosted on their own machines. The Service provides server management tools, tunneling capabilities via Portwarp integration, cloud backup features for eligible plans, and a remote console interface.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized third parties.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Billing

ServerCreator offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan - Limited to 2 game servers. Includes all game presets, basic dashboard features, and 10k AI Assistant tokens per week.
  • PRO Plan (price shown at checkout) - Unlimited servers, server sharing with permissions, remote console access, full Portwarp tunnel integration, cloud backups with included storage, one-click restore, and 150k AI Assistant tokens per week.

PRO subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Extra AI token packs are one-time purchases and do not expire, but they are consumed as you use the AI Assistant. Backup storage add-ons are recurring subscriptions and add storage while active. We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

5. AI Assistant

ServerCreator may provide AI-assisted features to help you understand logs, troubleshoot errors, draft configuration changes, and operate your servers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any suggested command, configuration, file change, or operational action before using it.

Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, payment data, or other sensitive information to the AI Assistant unless the app explicitly requires it for a supported workflow. We may apply token limits, rate limits, safety checks, and temporary service restrictions to protect the platform.

6. Cloud Backups

Cloud backups are available only to eligible PRO users and active backup storage add-on subscribers. Free users do not have access to cloud backup features.

  • You are responsible for choosing what files to back up and for ensuring you have rights to store that content.
  • You must not use backups to store illegal content, malware, pirated material, personal data you are not authorized to process, or content that violates these Terms.
  • Backup storage limits apply. If you exceed your available storage, new backups may be blocked until you delete files or add storage.
  • Automatic backup retention settings may delete older backups according to the limits you choose in the app.
  • One-click restore is provided as a convenience. You are responsible for confirming restore actions and maintaining any additional local copies you consider important.
  • If your PRO plan ends, we may provide a limited read-only recovery period so you can download or delete existing backups. After that period, backups may be deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Host or distribute malicious software, illegal content, or pirated material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' servers or accounts.
  • Abuse the tunneling infrastructure (e.g., excessive bandwidth usage, DDoS attacks).
  • Use the AI Assistant to generate or facilitate malware, credential theft, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Server Hosting Responsibility

Game servers managed through ServerCreator run on your own hardware. You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your servers, compliance with game publishers' terms of service, and any legal obligations related to running a server.

9. Shared Access

When you share access to your server with another user, you grant them the permissions you specify (power actions, console commands, file access, schedules, plugins, database access, and backups). You are responsible for managing these permissions and can revoke them at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ServerCreator is not responsible for any data loss, backup corruption, failed restore, server downtime, or damages arising from the use of the Service. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of the tunneling or backup infrastructure.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
